Bryan takes back the top spot!

Jimmy Bryan sensationally returned to the top of the UK sprint car championship by winning all three races at Arena Essex on Saturday 12th June.  A superb drive allowed him to move back above Duncan Panton, after the #69 car suffered bad luck with a broken prop shaft in heat 2.  Dean White drove solidly to pick up three 2nd place finishes, and now lies just 4 points adrift of Jimmy in 2nd place.  Roy Thompson had his best meeting of the year so far with a well deserved 3rd place in the final.  Full report to follow.

O’Connor cleans up in Belgium

With the 2010 season now well underway, the next stop was Warneton Raceway in Belgium.  The very fast banked track provided some exhilarating tyre smoking racing, with drivers producing lap times below 13 seconds.  The man who stole the show however was Vince O’Connor, who managed to win all three races in his purple # 6 car.
